Keeping a pet budgie

 The budgies cage

The budgie's cage should be wider than it is tall. It can be big or small,  your choice, if it is big you should consider getting multiple budgies to fill up the cage and to give your budgie a friend.

The budgies toys

The budgie should have a variety of different toys to keep it busy all day if you only have 1 budgie you should get a mirror toy for it

The budgies food and water

The budgie should have lots of seed and budgie pellets but also thinly sliced fruits and vegetables. Your budgie should not have lettuce, avocado, or any junk food. It also needs a water bowl. 

The budgies health

Every year your budgie should have a check-up at a local vet. You can get mite spray and other stuff like that from your local vet.
